The report

Mission: Those who are left behind
Felix sat for a while before starting on his report. This happened not being an easy visit and starfleet expected a decision soon, no time for reflection or getting to know the people involved better. But after some meditation he was pretty sure on what to write.
Lieutenant Commander Price.
I found the commander to be pretty high strung, and he had obviously been under intense pressure for a long time. His record shows plenty hazardous missions, injuries and losses for which he had very little therapy. It is my opinion that commander Price is close to a burnout. This did not help to situation on the ship, and may have helped make the situation worse. I will write a more extensive report later for now my recommendation would be rest. A long holiday accompanied with therapy by a therapist specialising in trauma and if possible with battle experience themselves as I don't think the commander will be very open to therapy.
Commander Antonia Stoffels.
I found Commander Stoffels to be open and honest. She is obviously a strong willed woman, who has faced a lot to do with her family over the years. She is highly protective of them, which is not surprising. It could also be seen as her downfall as she places herself in harms way to protect them. The Commander has close relationships with the crew onboard, especially Lieutenant Sky Carey, having been Sky’s trauma therapist after recent traumatic events. My recommendation is that Commander Stoffels stand back from this dual role, and concentrate on her primary duties as First Officer, but also that she herself take time to talk to a therapist about her feelings.
Felix read the whole thing again until he was totally satisfied and then sent off a copy to starfleet medical and to captain Carey.
